How do I file Homestead Exemption?

New residential property owners who have chosen to make the Village of Golf, Florida their permanent residence may apply for Homestead Exemption at the Office of the Property Appraiser, which is located at 501 South Congress Avenue, Delray Beach.  The hours are 8:30 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, except for holidays.  For more information, please call (561) 276-1250.

Who do I contact regarding information on my real estate taxes?

Palm Beach County establishes property valuations for tax purposes and includes the Village values in the County Tax Rolls.  The County also is the tax collection agent and collects all County and Village of Golf taxes in the same billing.  Tax notices are usually received in November. How do I register to vote?

The Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections is responsible for all governmental elections in the County and all voter registration.  You may obtain an application for voter registration at our Administration Building or by calling the County directly at 355-2650; voter registration may be done through the mail.  Such registration entitles the voter to vote in governmental elections at all levels, including Village elections.  The Village Precinct number is 4002, and the polling location is the Village Administration Office.
