Resident's Home Services (RHS) - 732-2791
RHS is owned by the Par Club and is structured and directed by homeowners. RHS provides a range of household services such as housekeeping and handyman assistance. RHS will install hurricane shutters, perform lawn sprinkler inspections, mechanical/electrical maintenance and a variety of other tasks. Pressure cleaning services include patios, pool areas, outside windows and driveways. In the event of absentee homeowners, RHS will check homes on a regular basis and provide secure access to service providers at homeowner's request. Par Club of Florida, Inc.
The Par Club of Florida, Inc. is a Florida corporation in which about 30 residents own common stock as a result of nominal investments. It holds the right of first refusal on many properties in the Village. It also holds the common stock of RHS, having stepped in to preserve it several years ago when RHS' survival was in doubt. Its income has been from investments in short term instruments in excess of corporate expenses, such as legal fees and taxes. Neither directors nor officers receive compensation for their services. |

The Village of Golf Homeowners' Association
The Village of Golf Homeowner's Association is composed of the residents of the Village. It monitors actions of the Village Council and The Country Club of Florida to make certain the interests of the homeowners are represented. Officers are elected annually and may be contacted at their individual residences with any concerns. |
