The Village operates a community post office for the convenience of its residents. The mailboxes are located in the lobby, which is open 24 hours a day for easy access. The Post Office is staffed from November through April from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm Monday - Thursday, and 11:00 am - 12:00 pm on Fridays. And May through October from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm Monday - Thursday, and 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on Fridays. Services available are parcel post, certified mail, express mail, and purchase of stamps. Outside solicitations of mail from non-residents are not accepted.

Forwarding Mail - Residents who wish to have their mail forwarded must provide either a completed forward order form or establish a pre-funded account for payment of postage. If you choose to have an account, you will need to provide the Post Office with a forwarding self-inking address stamp.

Incoming Mail - When the blue and white flag is up to the top of the flagpole, this means the first class mail has been delivered to the mailboxes. If you receive a red stick in your mailbox, this indicates that there is a package for you on the open shelves against the wall in the foyer. If you receive a blue stick in your mailbox, this indicates that the Post Office is holding a registered or certified letter, which must be signed for prior to pickup. Note: Federal Express , UPS, or other special delivery parcels are directed to your residence and are NOT held at the Post Office.

Outgoing Mail - There are two areas designated for outgoing mail:

1. The mail slot marked "Outgoing Domestic and International Mail" are located in the foyer.

2. The blue drive-up postal box, located in the Village Administration Building parking lot. Hours of pickup are posted on the box.

Outgoing mail is picked up by the United States Post Office everyday between 2:30 pm and 3:00 pm everyday, except on Sundays. If you would like your mail to be sent out, please drop it off at the locations listed above.
