Village Services
Library The Village maintains a library for the exclusive use of its residents and their guests. Located in the Village Administration Building, the library stocks current and recent bestsellers, a variety of fiction and non-fiction, paperbacks, audio books, videos, and a small selection of children's books. A library card for each resident is kept in a file box in the library and is used by the resident to record which best seller (14 day) books they have borrowed. Tax-deductible contributions may be made to the Library through the Village. Please contact Administration for assistance. |
Parks The Village contains 18 parks sites scattered throughout the Village. The Village Council has established a Parks Beautification Fund, which is used for special beautification projects or environmental assistance projects, such as Melaleuca tree removal. Some examples of Village beautification projects accomplished over the years are: the installation of the Ficus and Bougainvillea hedge along Golf Road and floral plantings in the various parks. Donations to this fund are made by residents and are income tax deductible. |

Grounds Maintenance A mowing service is provided by the Village on a fee basis, for vacant and undeveloped properties. Individual residents must make their own arrangements for lawn and landscape maintenance of developed property. Lawns shall be manicured regularly and all landscaping shall be trimmed at all times. Dying or dead landscaping shall be removed and replaced. Your service crew is responsible for removal of the yard waste. |
Notary Services The Administrative Staff provides free notary service. Please stop by anytime during business hours. |
Residential Security Consultations Because of the interest shown by our residents and as an additional precautionary measure, your Chief of Security provides individual residential security consultations. These consultations involve a thorough review of the vulnerability of your property to intrusions and suggestions to lessen this vulnerability. To take advantage of this service or for further information, please call the Chief of Security at 734-2918.
