Advanced notification of guests, preferably through the voice authorization system, will make the process of granting visitor access speedy and more reliable. Residents who desire to authorize guests and visitors by speaking directly with an Officer may still do so by calling 561-734-2918. The voice authorization system recognizes the resident via caller ID and prompts him or her to enter the necessary information.

Residents may also access the voice authorization system from a phone other than their primary home phone; the system will confirm identity by asking for the resident's PIN code. Please contact Public Safety should you need to confirm your PIN code.

This information is automatically entered into the resident's file in the computer and stored until the date of entry authorization for the guest. When the guest or visitor arrives at the gate, the Officer simply confirms the authorization and ushers the guest through. Call 561-734-7705 for computer voice authorization.
