The Village of Golf Comprehensive Plan is updated by the adoption of its Evaluation and Appraisal Report (“EAR”) based amendments as required by Chapter 163, F.S.
The information contained within the Comprehensive Plan is the data base and official policy statement comprising the Village Comprehensive Plan and approved EAR. The Village’s Comprehensive Plan has been amended in accordance with its approved EAR which was found to be in compliance by the DCA on July 31, 2006. The data and analysis relied upon is the same that was developed to support the EAR.
It must be noted that due to the continual process of the overall planning program for the Village, all data contained in the plan is subject to further revision and refinement in future years.
