Household refuse is collected every Tuesday and Friday morning. Refuse must be placed in strong plastic bags and placed at the end of the driveway for pickup by 9:00 a.m.
Disposal of lawn clippings and landscape trimmings are the responsibility of the homeowner. If a lawn service is utilized, the service crew is responsible for removal of yard waste from the property.
Construction debris to be removed, whether interior remodeling or more major items, is also the responsibility of the individual homeowner. Contractors must remove all waste and debris as part of the job and cannot place these items outside for Village pickup. This would include roof shingles, paint, screening, patio stones, tile, carpet, etc.
